Caution! The hauberk length cannot be guaranteed with this type of cut.
It is specified in the line "Hauberk length with circumference:" and will decrease with an increasing circumference. In the reversed case, it will be longer with decreasing circumference. The length reaches to approx. mid-thigh. You can see how flexible the hauberk is in the table. With size 18/20, for instance, the circumference with a loosely hanging hauberk drops to approx. 53 cm, the length hereby is approx. 88 cm. If the hauberk is now stretched in circumference, it will get shorter until the max. circumference of approx. 120 cm has been reached. The length has been reduced to 60 cm hereby.
The dimensions of the sleeves refer to our cutting dimensions. The circumference will stretch almost 40 % in width while the length is reduced simultaneously.
Our artificially aged hauberks may be slightly tighter due to the rough surface of the rings since individual rings cannot be slide into each other that smoothly.
All our hauberks are made of stainless steel wire and each individual ring is welded.
